I wanted to say thank you as the GSM pavilion looks great! I also wanted to let you know that while on site, Dalene and Mike have gone far and above with their level of customer service for this client.
As I am sure you have heard, we are unable to make this particular client happy as we aren’t willing to do the job for free, but I wanted you to know how happy I am with the end result.. I know we all had a lot of challenges on the front end, but things definitely turned around more than I could have imagined. Both Dalene and Mike have worked tirelessly and their dedication under very difficult circumstances with a very demanding client on site is impressive. I know Juan has been working in the background, so I wanted to send my thanks to him as well.
