Advanced Warehousing

Advanced Warehousing is a location set by show management to receive freight before the start of show. Freight is stored at this location, sorted and then shipped to the show at the appropriate allocated time. Also known as Advance Receiving, Advance Warehousing can incur more expensive fees because it guarantees freight delivered at show site ahead of other exhibitors. This services is commonly used to allow labor crews to work on straight time instead of overtime if standard freight shipping was to be delivered on a weekend.
