Four Hour Call
Four Hour Call, also known as a Four Hour Mini, is a term used for a labor call minimum work period for which union labor must be paid. All union members are guaranteed a minimum of four hours in a work day per their union contract. If a union member works less than the four hours, they still has to be paid for the four hours.
