Independent Contractor
An Independent Contractor is a contractor hired by an exhibitor to perform trade show services independently of show management appointed contractors. Also called Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC), Independent Contractors focus their efforts on individual exhibitors and for the most part concentrate on providing labor services.
