Infringement

Infringement is an exhibitor’s unauthorized use of floor space outside the leased booth area. Infringement can occur when exhibitors place items outside of their contracted booth spaces such as graphics on a building pillar or an easel in the aisle. Infringement violations can encounter stiff fines or penalties from show management and can even get an exhibitor banned from returning to the show.
