Space Rate
Space Rate is the cost per square foot of exhibit area. Exhibitors will pay the shows’ space rate for the size area they want to exhibit in. The show management company, or the show organizer, will set the space rate. Some trade shows will give early signing discounts on floor space when an exhibiting company contracts the space and pays in full well in advance of the show.
