2016 is here… Conventions are off to a roaring start

The Nationals Finals Rodeo is drawing record crowds, Football season is heating up with so many teams still in the Playoff hunt and Las Vegas Expo Complete Show Services is poised for a spectacular 2016.  The New Year is roaring in with a full schedule of Trade shows, Conventions and Corporate meetings.

At Las Vegas Expo Complete Show Services, our Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC – I&D) work has us on all the major trade show exhibit floors servicing our clients with CES (Consumer Electronics Show), Home Builders and Surfaces just around the turn of the calendar page.  There is no better place or season to exhibit or attend a meeting than winter in Las Vegas.

Las Vegas has the finest facilities of all shapes sizes and budgets welcoming convention attendees this time of year.  With temperate temperatures and the start of our early spring weather begins its transition in February so when the work is done the choice of recreational activities in Las Vegas is wide open.  Play a round of golf on one of Las Vegas’ many top rated courses, take a hike in Red Rock National Park, visit Hoover Dam, see a Superstar Headliner performance on The Strip or you can just take advantage of the other types of recreation Vegas excels in…. dining and gaming.

The LVE Complete Show Services team is busy working with clients on a wide range of industry events.  Our General Service Contracting division is the labor and local logistics support provider to one of our GC friends for 2 of the Cowboy (and Cowgirl) related Gift shows in town running the entire 10 days of the WNFR.  Our own clients and subcontracts from our GC affiliates will have us being an integral part of 18 expositions in January and February.  During the next 45 days, our Exhibitor Appointed Contractor I&D Labor services will be at 14 expos working with 28 different clients. The Exhibit Design & Rental division is fabricating budget friendly innovative custom and rental booths for exhibiting companies on our B2B shows and many others here in the convention capital.

So if the East Coast or Midwest winter is already giving you a case of cabin fever (and Winter hasn’t officially started yet) and your mind drifts to thoughts of  “I gotta get outta here” …then it’s the perfect time to plan a business trip to Las Vegas.  Take a look at some of the exciting conferences and conventions our General Contracting division is directly working on below and if one is in your industry or business area, then hop a flight to the convention capital of the US (or one of the other great cities LVExpo will be working in) and have some fun while learning about new products and networking with your peers.
