I can’t even begin to fathom or imagine saying “Sorry, Boss — I’m off the clock!”  Yet, I recently read an article about shocking proposed legislation that’s moving forward in the NY City Council.  Employees of private companies would be able to blow off their bosses’ and clients’ after-hours e-mails and texts without penalty under The Right to Disconnect bill.  So in the electronic world of instant purchases and delivery, we’re legislating the ability to unplug?
