Collective Agreement

Collective Aggreement

Collective Agreement is a contract between an employer and a union specifying the terms and conditions for employment, the status of the union, and the process for settling disputes during the contract period. Also known as Labor Agreement or Union Contract, Collective Agreements have to be voted and agreed upon by both parties before they can be implemented and are usually renegotiated every two to three years.
