Exhibit Manager

An Exhibit Manager, also known as a company’s Trade Show Manager, is a person in charge of a company’s exhibit program. Exhibit Managers have the responsibility to write up and send out RFP (Request For Proposals) to exhibit design companies. They will work with the exhibit houses on initial concept design questions and ideas and present to company’s internal decision maker for final approval. Once approved the Exhibit manager will be in charge or ordering all services and keeping on top of any issues that may arise until the day of show opening.
