Exhibitor Appointed Contractor
An Exhibitor Appointed Contractor is a contractor hired by an exhibitor to perform trade show services independently of show management appointed contractors. Also called Independent Contractor, I&D (installation & dismantle), I&D House, and EAC. Exhibitor Appointed Contractor need to be licensed by the state they work and may need to be bonded by the union if they do labor on the show floor.
