Floor Plan
A Floor Plan is a map showing the size and locations of exhibit spaces. Most floor plans will have size dimensions for each booth space as well as the exhibitor listed in that space. Some events necessitate floor plans that are constantly changing and can be modified right up until a day before show opening. Attendees will use floor plan maps after the show opens to track and find specific clients they may have dealings with.
