Foul Bill of Lading
A Foul Bill of Lading is a carrier-issued receipt indicating that transported merchandise was damaged when received. The opposite of a Clean Bill of Lading, the Foul Bill of Lading is used to cover the general contractor company from any fault from damaged freight when received by the exhibitor hired transportation company.
