O.T. Labor
O.T. Labor, also known as Overtime Labor, is labor work performed on overtime hours. Overtime hours are calculated as any hour accumulated over normal work hours. O.T. Labor hour charges are more costly than straight time hours and the best way to avoid them is to plan ahead of time to not incur them.
