Packing List

A Packing List is a document prepared by a shipper, which in most cases is either the exhibitor or the Exhibit Appointed Contractor (EAC), itemizing contents of shipment and including other information needed by the carrier. Most exhibit houses will also attach a packing list to each crate with a photograph of the crates contents inside. This allows crates to be packed properly at show break.
