Show Break
Show Break is the time specified for the closing of an exhibition and beginning of dismantling. Most Exhibitor Appointed Contractors (EACs) and union labor crews are not allowed to dismantle, on some shows, until an hour after show close in order to allow time for exhibitors to pack-up their product and leave the exhibit hall.
