Liability is a legal term referring to responsibility for damages or injuries. Most labor companies or Exhibit Appointed Contractors (EAC) have to submit proof of Liability Insurance before they are allowed to work on the exhibit floor; This helps protect the facility as well as the show from damages or injuries.
